The primary mission BOOTS ON GRAVES.

Mission

United States Volunteers Joint Services Command. Chief, Legislative Affairs Command. Primary mission Boots on Graves. To provide Military Funeral Honors to all Veterans and to train Veterans’ organizations to assist at funerals.

To support U.S. Department of Defense and other government agencies with civil and public affairs as requested. To train and provide assistance to disaster relief agencies and to the American Veteran population. To assist community outreach programs for our veterans.

A 19th Century concept.
A 21st Century mission.

The Reserve Officers Association of the United States, now known as the Reserve Organization of America to reflect its all-ranks membership, was founded during the difficult years after the first world war. ROA continues to serve the Guard and Reserve components in an era where the need is greater than ever before.
