General!  I am blown away!  You and the US Volunteers of your Command and those of BG Tim Miller’s 103d BCT, 10 Regional Command, represented all US Volunteers across this great nation bringing enormous credibility and honor to us.

Please General Coffey accept my profound appreciation.

General Coffey please award the Legion of Merit to each of the US Volunteers involved.  Their appearance and disciplined performance of the 13-Folds of the Flag Ceremony was a model for each of us.

Leading and Commanding US Volunteers of the Legislative Affairs Command,  United States Volunteers-Joint Services Command as major participants in the Governor of Washington celebration of WASHINGTON STATE PATRIOTIC DAY Virtual Celebration 2021 Ceremony at the State Capitol of Washington State. He and his US Volunteers brought great credit upon themselves, the Legislative Affairs Command, the United States Volunteers-Joint Services Command, the United States Department of Defense and the United States of America.

General Coffey, please convey to your US Volunteers that I am pleasantly ‘stunned’ at their professionalism, patriotism and loyalty.
