Christmas Greetings to ALL: Mrs Coffey and I extend our Christmas and Holiday Blessings to all. We hope you all can have a joyous season. It has been our honor and privilege to continue to serve with you and ALL Veterans and their families this past very trying year, it is our hope and Prayers that we will be successful in ending the Covid-19 and all will remain safe and Healthy. The Mission of the USV-JSC will carry on, in all of the various capacities this year with everyone’s collective service and help. Again, a Very Merry Christmas and a Blessed Covid free New Year!!
Supporting the WAA Placing Wreaths • December 19, 2020
National Wreaths Across America Saturday at Evergreen-Washelli. Mrs Loriane Zimmerman is State Coord. of WAA. Gold Star Mother Myera Githens also in attendance, Commander Zimmerman, USN (Ret). VFW Burglar Glenn Leddbetter, Post 1040 Lynwood, WA, WAA, Starr Sutherland Jr. Post 227 and the USV-JSC-LAC. Due to Covid restrictions the traditional Wreath placing ceremony was cancelled this year. The volunteers placed service flags and wreaths at the Doughboy statue.
Drill support to the 103rd BCT at the Farmer Frog Farm.
This drill was different from their normal drill. The drill was a working party drill. We assisted Farmer Frog Farm in renovating a 100 year old log “White House” which will be used for their admin office and visitor’s center.
